The bald eagle has a good buddy in Dolly Parton. At her Dollywood theme park in Tennessee, the country star will break ground next month for an aviary to house the U.S.'s largest collection of bald eagles unable to survive in the wild. Though it appears on the dollar and the President's Seal, the nation's official symbol hasn't always fared well. One member of the aviary is Osceola, a male that had been shot and is now one-winged. Dolly found him to be "real sweet. But I could feel his power. He needed to be respected. I didn't want to get on Oscie's bad side."
